Commercial Finance Attorney / Atlanta
A well regarded practice group is seeking an attorney with 3 – 6 years of experience handling complex commercial transactions, to join their team in Atlanta. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code, asset-based lending, drafting and negotiation of loan documentation, and experience in leveraged finance. Substantive experience representing borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors and/or agents in a full range of finance transactions is preferred. Looking for highly motivated candidates who thrive in a team-based environment and appreciate innovative thinking and collaboration to achieve objectives for our clients. Candidates should be creative, solutions-oriented, and have excellent analytical and writing skills. Candidates should be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
