Employment Associate Attorney / 6+ yrs. / San Diego
A large national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate Attorney to join their expanding Labor and Employment practice in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements. Class action and PAGA experience is a significant plus. The hired Associate Attorney will conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues; draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs; represent clients in employment-related litigation; provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employment law matters; and, assist with client consultations and negotiations. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California or willing to become licensed as soon as possible. Salary Range: $200K – $230K
