Capital Markets Associate Attorney / 6+ yrs. / Chicago or New York
A top ranking law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 6+ years of experience in corporate finance and securities law to join their team in Chicago or New York. This associate attorney will assist both on complex capital markets transactions (new issue high yield and liability management exercises) as well as on creditor group representations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience structuring and negotiating high yield covenants. Familiarity with leveraged loan covenants is a plus, but not required. Part-time, fixed hour or other flexible work arrangements will be considered for this position. Starting salary range has not yet been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range and generous benefits and bonus structure.
