A top ranking law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered debt and equity offerings as well as liability management transactions. Starting salary range has not yet been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range and generous benefits and bonus structure.
