Trial Support – Appellate Attorney / 3+ yrs. / Miami
A leading global law firm is seeking a Trial Support/Appellate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their Miami office. This thriving trial practice represents various corporations, insureds, insurers and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes, claims and lawsuits primarily defending matters involving product liability, general liability, premises liability, construction, property and casualty liability and other related matters. This attorney will work on pre-trial motions and memorandum; attend trials; serve as legal support; work on post-trial motions; and, appellate work. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of trial and litigation experience, to include state and federal experience, excellent academic credentials and have a solid work history.
