Healthcare Litigation Associate / 3+ yrs. / Dallas
A preeminent national health care practice is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join their group in Dallas. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerkship experience, and superb writing skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in healthcare litigation with a particular emphasis on medical staff matters, patient guardianship, end of life, and/or hospital reimbursement litigation. Working with hospitals is a strong positive. Persuasive writing experience, especially with drafting state and federal court pleadings and motions, is required. Candidates will have immediate client interaction and work on sophisticated matters. Particular interest for candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow and support a national practice. JD required. Federal clerkship preferred.
