Labor & Employment Associate / 3+ yrs. / Los Angeles or San Francisco
A top national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. Qualified candidates will have experience representing employers in employment law matters involving both litigation and advice and counseling with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law and wrongful discharge actions is a requirement for this position, as well as familiarity with wage and hour law and class action experience. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. JD & California Bar Admission required. Salary will range between $245,000 – $315,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
