A top lobbying practice within a full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor with 10+ years of experience to join their practice in Washington, DC. Direct experience with policy issues and legislation related to the budget, appropriations and/or grants is preferred. Experience working on Capitol Hill is required, ideally on the House or Senate appropriations committees. Stellar academic credentials and advanced written and verbal communication skills are required. This practice represents a broad range of clients, including in the public and private sectors, assisting them with understanding federal funding, advocating for funding for programs and community projects in appropriations legislation and applying for competitive grants, deploying highly acclaimed skills and experience to maximize the odds of their securing funding.
