Antitrust Associate / 3-5 yrs. / Chicago, Richmond or Washington, DC
One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking a Antitrust Associate with 3-5 years of experience and a demonstrated background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling to join their team in Chicago, Richmond or Washington, DC. While premerger experience is essential for this position, associates will be able to participate in all aspects of the practice and can expect to receive significant responsibility early on. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required, large firm or relevant government agency experience is preferred. Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered. Starting salary range: $250,000 – $345,000 dependent on experience level and location. Position offers hours and merit bonus opportunities, billable hours credit for pro bono work, and a hybrid remote option allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
