Litigation Associate / San Francisco

A respected international law firm’s San Francisco office is seeking a mid-level associate with litigation experience. Qualified applicants will have experience drafting dispositive, pre-trial motions such as summary judgements, demurrers, anti-SLAPP, and motions to dismiss. Deposition experience (taking and defending) is preferred. Jury trial experience is preferred, including familiarity with all pleadings / documents related to final status conference proceedings (e.g., motions in limine, jury instructions). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to perform in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. They will be an adept team player with outstanding research and writing skills. Must be admitted to the California bar.   Please contact us!
