Litigation Associate / Miami

A leading U.S. law firm is seeking an Associate with 3 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience who is a creative, yet pragmatic, thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions or hearings in court, and trial experience or a strong desire to try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. A minimum of 2 years of law firm experience is preferred.
