Candidates must have experience working on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, as well as Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance matters. This team serves as trusted advisors and powerhouse dealmakers to public and private companies, leading investors and boards of directors around the world.
