Commercial Litigation Attorney / Miami
The Miami office of a highly regarded multinational law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation procedure, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions, experience managing all aspects of document intensive matters, and, ideally, be familiar with private equity and M&A dispute issues. The candidate should have experience managing multiple work flows and teams of younger attorneys. The candidate must have a strong academic background, good research and writing skills. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential. Candidate should be licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida. Consideration will be given to strong candidates seeking to relocate to Miami in the near term.
