Commercial Litigation & White Collar Associate / 2+ yrs. / St. Louis
A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation & White Collar Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their Government Investigations group in St. Louis. Candidates should have experience in commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense matters, including, but not limited to, IRS, DOJ, EPA and SEC enforcement, internal investigations, False Claims Act, and/or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act defense. Responsibilities include representing clients in commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense matters; conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategies; drafting legal documents, including interview memos, reports and recommendations, pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda; assisting in conducting internal investigations and responding to government inquiries; and collaborating with shareholders and senior attorneys on case management and strategy. Interested candidates must possess strong research and writing skills, a high level of academic achievement, the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
