A high ranking national law firm is seeking a Complex Corporate M&A Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their practice in Philadelphia. Qualified candidates should have business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills.
