Complex Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate / 1-2 yrs. / Miami
A rapidly expanding global law firm is seeking a complex insurance coverage litigation associate with 1-2 years of experience to join their group in Miami. The position involves representation of insurers in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters, including the defense of consumer class actions against insurers, coverage disputes pertaining to general liability and product liability cases, premises liability and insurance coverage claims. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is able to work within a busy and fast-paced team environment, and looking to grow. The successful associate candidate will have: experience with commercial general liability policies; state and federal court experience; solid work history; and, admission to practice in Florida.
