Insurance Regulatory & Transactional Associate / 5+ yrs. / Chicago
A U.S. based international law firm is seeking an Insurance Regulatory & Transactional Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their group in Chicago. The Associate will work with partners in multiple offices on a wide range of insurance regulatory matters across all lines of insurance and will work closely with insurance companies, brokers, agents, and tech companies from around the world. The ideal candidate would have specific insurance industry regulatory and transactional experience, including transactional drafting, reinsurance negotiation, and regulatory research skills. The position will also involve assisting on M&A, private equity transactions related to the insurance industry. Qualified candidates must have a J.D. and be (and remain) licensed to practice law and in good standing in Illinois.
