Intellectual Property Attorneys / Palo Alto or San Diego
A leading international law firm is seeking Intellectual Property Attorneys to join their team in Palo Alto or San Diego. They need attorneys who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the following areas: drafting and negotiating patent licenses and technology agreements; supporting transactions involving hardware procurement, semiconductor chips and new technologies such as AI and blockchain; and, advising start-ups and emerging companies on development, manufacturing, and product launch issues. Experience handling technology transactions such as licensing, research, development, supply and distribution transactions and related intellectual property matters in the life sciences field is also preferred. Experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm, excellent academic credentials and bar admission in California are required.
