A U.S. based international law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Austin. Ideal candidates must have prior associate-level experience in general litigation that includes knowledge of federal and state court practice, experience preparing answers, motions, and other routine filings; Experience handling hearings and depositions; and Significant case management experience. Juris Doctor required. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
