M&A Associate / 3-5 yrs. / Houston
One of the world’s leading law firms is seeking a M&A Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their group in Houston. Qualified candidates will have law firm mergers & acquisitions or project finance experience, preferably in a sophisticated national law firm environment. Experience with renewable energy, oil & gas, project development or construction contracts is helpful. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business and legal teams. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues. Licensed to practice in Texas preferred but not required.
