Mergers & Acquisitions Associate / 5-7 yrs. / Los Angeles
A high ranking law firm is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with 5-7 years of sophisticated transactional experience from top-tier law firms to join their team Los Angeles. Experience should include general corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Experience in capital markets and corporate governance is also valued. Preferred candidates would also have experience counseling corporate clients on SEC filings, securities law compliance and other similar matters. Starting salary range has not yet been released. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range, excellent benefits and generous bonus structure.
