A top U.S. law firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their group in Greenville, SC. Experience in commercial real estate transactions and related financing transactions is required. Attorneys must be familiar with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements. Commercial real estate leasing experience is preferred but not required. Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
