Restructuring & Insolvency Associate Attorney / 1-3 yrs. / Richmond
One of the world’s leading law firms is looking for a motivated, hard-working Restructuring & Insolvency Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join its sophisticated and growing national restructuring and insolvency practice in Richmond. Qualified candidates will have experience in corporate financial restructurings, loan workouts, corporate reorganizations, distress M&A, bankruptcy, or related litigation such as complex commercial litigation. The ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team is a must. Must be admitted and in good standing with the bar in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Federal circuit court, district court, or bankruptcy clerkship is a plus. Excellent academics and writing skills required.
